PERFECT MINI PANDORINI TO GIFT AT CHRISTMAS
The recipe for mini pandorini ideal as a Christmas gift, for those who are sweet-toothed.
This is more of an idea than a recipe for the holiday season.
We often visit relatives and friends and bring gifts, and besides the usual PANETTONE or PANDORO that we can always make, I decided to give you an additional idea.
Often recipes are for 1 kg, but someone might have smaller molds, like mine, which is 800 or even less.
And here is my idea: with the leftover dough, let’s create many mini pandorini to bring to others: for example, I made them to bring to my son’s chess class in the afternoon.
LITTLE EXPENSE, MAXIMUM YIELD 🙂
Let’s see how I made them.

But you can easily make them with a panettone if you want to experiment.
Here are some ideas:
SINGLE DOUGH PANETTONE THAT IS PREPARED IN A FEW HOURS
Once your doughs are made and just before placing them in the mold, remove the excess.
Here’s how you calculate: for a panettone/pandoro of
500 grams, use 550 g of dough
700 g, use 800 of dough.
If you made the recipe for one kilo, you will have extra dough.
Take the mini paper baking cups and pour pieces of dough into each mold.
Put the rest of the large dough in the mold.
When the dough in the large mold is ready, your mini ones will be too.
Bake at 320°F for about 25 minutes.
