SOFT LEMON BUNDT CAKE
Do you remember those fluffy bundt cakes, full of powdered sugar that when you take a bite you get your face all messy? Well, this is one of those cakes that remind us of our childhood, where we played with bicycles and if we scraped a knee, a kiss made it all better.
I love making these cakes for my family, simple and really quick, and here is the SOFT LEMON BUNDT CAKE ready, rising in the oven 🙂
The recipe is very simple and sure to succeed, just a few tips during the preparation of the cake and you too can enjoy this wonderfully fragrant cake.

Ingredients for 22 cm mold
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 packet baking powder

Preparation of SOFT LEMON BUNDT CAKE

First, break the eggs into a bowl. For best results, the eggs should be at room temperature.
Add the sugar and start mixing with the help of electric beaters.
Beat the eggs well with the sugar for at least five minutes, until they become a frothy cream.
Now add all the other ingredients gradually. Use the juice from half a lemon and the zest. If you like, you can add a pinch of salt, and only after incorporating everything well, the baking powder.
Grease a bundt cake mold well and pour all the batter evenly.
The oven should be preheated to 340°F (ventilated) or 355°F (static) and once you place the cake in the oven, bake it for 45 minutes.
