- 7 tbsp butter (melted)
- 9 oz ricotta
- 7 oz cream cheese
- 3.5 oz Greek yogurt

Prepare the base
Blend the crackers until powdered.
Mix with the melted butter.
Press the mixture onto the bottom of a springform pan (8–9 inches), lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.Wash the zucchini and grate or dice them finely.
Sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 5-6 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Let them cool completely. Prepare the cream
In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, and yogurt.Add the cooled zucchini and cooked ham.
Adjust with salt, pepper, and herbs.Dissolve the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of hot water and add it to the cream.
Pour the cream over the cooled base.
Smooth with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.When ready to serve, garnish with grilled zucchini slices, rolled cooked ham, and fresh basil.
