The preparation of accordion potatoes in air fryer is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, clean, wash, and boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let them cool well, then make incisions without going all the way through (watch video HERE). Season with salt and place slices of ham and scamorza cheese in the spaces.
Then place them in the basket of the air fryer, drizzle a little oil on top, and cook at 392°F for about 20 minutes. When they are ready, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.
