Ingredients for air fryer appetizers:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 3.5 oz ricotta
  • cup milk
  • 1 ¼ cup flour
  • Half packet instant baking powder for savory preparations
  • 1.75 oz mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • 1.75 oz cooked ham

  • First, wash, clean, and grate the zucchini. Add a little salt and let it rest for a few minutes. In a bowl, put the melted butter and ricotta.

  • Add a little salt and spices to taste. Add the milk and mix. Add the flour and mix.

  • Add the baking powder and mix well. Squeeze the zucchini and add them. Also add the chopped cooked ham and mozzarella, then mix.

  • If needed, add a little more flour. Take a little of the mixture at a time and form a flattened oval. Place it in the air fryer basket and continue with the others in the same way.

  • Finally, spray a little oil and cook at 392°F for about 15 minutes.
