The preparation of air fryer broccoli is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to clean and wash the broccoli, let them drain, then place them in the basket of the air fryer. Sprinkle with some salt and spices to taste (paprika, pepper, ginger, etc.). Spray a bit of extra virgin olive oil on top.
Cook at 300°F for about 20 minutes, then turn them and cook for another 10 minutes at 355°F.
