Air Fryer Cauliflower

A simple and quick recipe that doesn’t require pre-boiling the cauliflower but goes directly into the fryer and the result is perfect. We are in a period where the air fryer is one of the most used tools for cooking; it’s not just a trend, but food cooked with it is much healthier, with fewer calories, and retains the food’s nutritional properties. For example, if we boil the cauliflower, it will lose a lot of its properties in the cooking water, while if we cook it in the air fryer, they will remain in the cauliflower and not be lost, not to mention the taste, which I think is much, much better.

Steps

The preparation of the air fryer cauliflower is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • First, we need to clean the cauliflower by detaching all the florets and cutting them into pieces of the same size. Wash thoroughly and drain the water. We line it up in the air fryer basket. Spray a little oil on top. Add some salt and turmeric.

  • Add oregano to taste and possibly other spices such as chili pepper, pepper, paprika, etc. Cook at 300°F for about 20 minutes then turn it over and cook for another 8/10 minutes at 355°F (cooking time may vary depending on the size of the cauliflower).

  • Enjoy your meal!
