Air Fryer Lemon Shrimp
I now cook everything in my air fryer, even shrimp 😁 and I must say that I like it more and more. It’s much more practical to use than the oven, the food is crispier, the cooking times are shorter, and you save a lot on the electricity bill. I really like shrimp, and I’ve made them in many ways, but not yet like this! They are excellent to serve as a main course or appetizer in a seafood menu!

Preparing the Air Fryer Lemon Shrimp is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to wash and clean the shrimp by making a small cut between the head and tail to remove the vein, then wash well under cold water. Let them drain well, then place them in a bowl and add a bit of white wine, some garlic powder, salt, a bit of oil
mix. Cover and place in the refrigerator for a few minutes to allow the shrimp to absorb the flavors. After a few minutes, arrange the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook at 392°F for about 10 minutes. Turn them halfway through cooking!
Meanwhile, squeeze the lemons, add the chopped parsley, a bit of oil, and mix. As soon as the shrimp are ready, brush them with the mix obtained.
