Air Fryer Meatballs: Crispy Outside, Soft Inside!

Are you craving a main course that is tasty yet light, perfect for the whole family? Air fryer meatballs are the ideal solution! Golden and crispy on the outside, soft and juicy inside, these meatballs are prepared in just a few minutes without deep frying in hot oil. With the air fryer, you can achieve perfect results with less fat, while maintaining all the traditional flavor. They are excellent served hot with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad. In my version, I used mixed ground meat, eggs, grated cheese, soaked bread, and fresh parsley to add an extra touch of flavor. I will guide you step by step in preparing them, with a short video showing each step, from preparing the mixture to the final cooking.

Try them and let yourself be captivated by an explosion of flavor… in a lighter version!
