A summer classic that, in my opinion, is a must-have on the tables are roasted peppers. Their smell reminds me of my childhood when I used to visit my grandmother’s house and could sense this aroma from afar. Roasted peppers are delicious on toasted bread, in appetizers, or as a side dish to accompany our main courses. Since it’s very hot, I prefer not to turn on the oven, especially if I need to cook 4 peppers, so I tried making them in the air fryer, and they turned out wonderfully 🤩. Moreover, once they are ready, I let them cool inside with the basket closed, and they peeled very easily. In fact, I’ll tell you more: from now on, I will always make peppers this way!

  • First, wash the peppers well and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook them at 356°F for about 30 minutes. After about 20 minutes, turn them over and continue cooking. Once done, let them cool inside the air fryer. When cooled, clean them

  • remove the seeds as well. Cut them into strips, then season to taste with garlic, salt, oil, and other spices as desired.

  • Let them marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
