Ingredients for Almond and Chocolate Brittle:
- 1 1/4 cups almonds
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
Steps
The preparation of dark chocolate almond brittle is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, toast the almonds (I chose to do it in a pan, but if it’s more convenient for you, you can also do it in the oven). Caramelize the sugar then add the previously toasted almonds and mix together.
Immediately place them on parchment paper, cover with another sheet of parchment paper, and roll it out using a rolling pin. Remove the parchment paper and let cool well. Once cooled, cover it with melted chocolate.
Let the chocolate harden then cut into pieces
Enjoy!
