Ingredients for the Apple and Caramel Cheesecake:
8-inch pan
- 2 cups cookies
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 apples
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Half lemon (The juice)
- 7 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 container plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 5 sheets gelatin sheets (5 sheets)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Apple preparation:
In a saucepan, place the apple pieces, add the sugar and lemon juice, then cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat and let cool.
Base preparation:
Combine the melted butter with the crushed cookies and place in the springform pan lined with parchment paper. Press down well.

Cream preparation:
