Apple and Ladyfingers Cake
A quick cake made with a puff pastry base and then filled with ladyfingers, jam, apples sautéed in a pan, and walnuts. A slightly different dessert because I chose to include ladyfingers, but I assure you it turned out to be an excellent cake and the ladyfingers go perfectly! Apple cakes are always very appreciated by everyone, so if you want to make an apple cake different from the others, try this recipe!

- 4 apples
- 1/3 cup oz sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp oz butter

Steps
The preparation of the Apple and Ladyfingers Cake is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, clean and slice the apples. In a pan, melt the butter, then add the sliced apples. Add the sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool.
Meanwhile, open the puff pastry and place a dish in the center. Spread some jam on the ladyfingers and place them around the dish. Add the prepared apples and some crushed walnuts.
Remove the dish and cut the center of the dough into wedges. Lift the tips. Brush with some jam mixed with a little water and bake at 355°F for about 20/30 minutes.
Once ready, sprinkle with a bit of powdered sugar and decorate as desired.
