- 1.1 lbs apples
- 2.1 cups water

First, wash, peel, and cut the apples into pieces. Also, wash the quinces well, clean them, and cut them as well (mine are a bit damaged because they are organic).
Place them in cold water with lemon. In a pot, add the apples, quinces, water, cinnamon, and cook for about 1 hour.
Stir occasionally. At the end, remove the cinnamon and blend. Once the desired thickness is reached, place it in previously sterilized jars. Close tightly and turn the jars upside down to create a vacuum seal. If you want to store it for a longer period, boil the jars for about 20/30 minutes.
