Apple Pancakes

Ingredients for Apple Pancakes:

- 1 apple
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup plain natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- Half packet baking powder
- ground cinnamon
- lemon zest
- vanilla
Steps

In a bowl, put the egg, yogurt, sugar, and mix. Add a bit of vanilla, cinnamon, lemon zest, and combine.
Add the flour a little at a time, mixing. Add the baking powder, then the milk, and mix well. Finally, add the grated apple.
Brush the pan with oil, heat well, and pour the mixture using a spoon to form pancakes. Cook for a few minutes over low heat, then flip and cook for a few more minutes.
Continue until the mixture is finished. Serve them with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
