Ingredients for the apricot tiramisu:
- 10 oz canned apricots
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz mascarpone
- 3/8 cup sugar
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- 5 fresh apricots

Making the apricot tiramisu is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, put the canned apricots without the syrup and blend them. Add mascarpone, cream, and sugar, then mix.
Wash, clean, and cut the fresh apricots. Mix the apricot syrup with a bit of water and soak the ladyfingers, then arrange them in a line in the baking dish. Add half of the prepared cream on top.
Add slices of apricots. Put another layer of soaked ladyfingers, the remaining cream, and more slices of fresh apricots. Decorate as desired, then refrigerate for a few hours.
