- bacon
- smoked cheese
- bay leaf
- honey
- chives
Steps
The preparation of bacon and smoked cheese rolls is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, cut the smoked cheese into thick slices. In a container, warm some honey, then add some chives and mix. Lay down a slice of bacon.
Brush with honey, add another slice of bacon slightly overlapped, and brush it too. Put a piece of smoked cheese and roll up to form the first roll.
Add a bay leaf and proceed the same way with all. Once ready, heat the pan well and place the rolls.
Turn them over and remove the attached bay leaves, and continue cooking until the bacon becomes crispy.
