The preparation of chicken, potatoes, and peppers is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, clean, wash, and chop the peppers and potatoes. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Also add the potato pieces. Place the chicken thighs on top.
Add salt. Add some rosemary, a few pieces of garlic, and a little white wine.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and cook at 356°F for about an hour.
