Baked Chicken Roll

Ingredients for the baked chicken roll:
- 3.3 lbs chicken (Mixed thighs and breast)
- garlic
- paprika
- curry
- pepper
- salt
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Start the preparation by cutting the boneless and skinless chicken into small pieces. Put about half in the blender, add the garlic, blend, and then combine the two mixtures.
Mix. Add spices to taste (salt, curry, paprika, pepper, etc) and mix. Add the broth and combine.
Place the obtained mixture on plastic wrap, compact and roll. Seal the edges well then wrap the obtained roll in aluminum foil.
Place it in an ovenproof dish, add a little water, and bake at 356°F for about an hour.
