Baked Jumbo Shrimp
A great dish to include in a fish menu as a main course or as an appetizer! The jumbo shrimp are appreciated by everyone, so if you have a dinner/lunch they are excellent to satisfy even the most demanding guests, and not only that, they’re also very simple to make! In this recipe, the most “unpleasant” part is cleaning the shrimp, which takes a little time, but then the preparation is really quick! This recipe is also suitable for Christmas menus, or for Christmas Eve, New Year’s, Ferragosto, basically it’s great for any occasion.

- salt
- parsley
- garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- white wine

First, we need to clean the jumbo shrimp by opening them and removing the intestines and black vein (this is the unpleasant part and will require some patience 😁). If you want to see the cleaning video, click HERE. Once cleaned and thoroughly washed, place them in a row in a baking dish. Add a bit of wine and oil on top.
Add some salt, parsley, and garlic, then bake at 350°F for about 20 min.
