Baked Pumpkin Fritters
The fritters are a tasty and simple snack to make, and to make them even healthier today, instead of frying them as usual, I chose to bake them! I must say that I really liked the result, they are delicious and much lighter. The fritters are great as an appetizer, starter, or any time of the day when we crave something tasty!

Ingredients for Baked Pumpkin Fritters:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1.75 oz ham
- Half instant yeast for savory dough
- 5.3 oz pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Steps
The preparation of the baked pumpkin fritters is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the eggs, grated pumpkin, salt, yogurt, melted butter, and mix.
Add the parmesan cheese and flour, and mix well. Finally, add the yeast and chopped ham.
Form the fritters directly on a baking tray with parchment paper inside using two spoons. Leave a little space between them. Bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
