Banana Liqueur
Liqueurs are always very appreciated by everyone at the end of a meal and more than just that, they are often used in sweet recipes to add flavor. There are truly all kinds and all tastes, I chose to make it banana-flavored because I have a friend who loves banana desserts, so I wanted to give her this liqueur as a gift, which she greatly appreciated! So if you need to give a gift and don’t know what to do, you can prepare a homemade liqueur, and it will surely be a very appreciated gift! As I was saying, you can really make it in any flavor, I’m undecided whether to try chocolate or coffee next, which one would you prefer between the two? Let me know in the comments!
In the past, I have also suggested these liqueurs:

Ingredients for Banana Liqueur:
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup ml whipping cream
- 1 cup ml pure alcohol (95°)
- 1¼ cups g sugar
- 1 cup ml milk
Steps
The preparation of the Banana Liqueur is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a container (I used a large jar), put the chopped bananas. Add the alcohol, close, and let it macerate for about 10 days. Shake the jar every day.
After 10 days, put the milk, cream, and sugar in a saucepan and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool down well. Meanwhile, filter the banana alcohol, then add it and mix well. Pour the liqueur into glass bottles. Place it in the freezer and serve chilled.
