Ingredients for the Battered Chicken Cutlets:
- 4 eggs
- salt
- spices (To taste)
- vegetable oil
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/4 cup milk
- as needed breadcrumbs

In a bowl, add the eggs, spices to taste, and whisk them. Gradually add the flour while mixing well. Add the milk and stir to obtain a lump-free mixture.
Meanwhile, slice the chicken breast thinly and pound slightly. Take one slice at a time, coat it first with breadcrumbs and then with the batter. Fry it in hot oil for a few minutes on both sides
Then turn them onto absorbent paper. Continue the same way with the others.
