Berry Cheesecake
A perfect dessert for all seasons made with a classic cheesecake base (cookies and butter) and a cream made from cream cheese, yogurt, cream, berries, sugar, etc. The cheesecake is a dessert that can be suitable for a birthday or as a dessert to enjoy after a meal, as a snack, or whenever we feel like it!

Ingredients for the berry cheesecake:
8/9 inch pan
- 9 oz cookies
- 1/2 cup butter
- 7 oz cream cheese
- 10 oz berries
- 4 oz sugar
- Half lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 9 oz fruit yogurt (Berry)
- 0.4 oz gelatin sheets

Base preparation:
Crush the cookies and mix them with the melted butter, then combine well. Place them in the pan lined with parchment paper.
Press down firmly. For a more precise result, you can use acetate sheets around the edges. Refrigerate for about 30 min.
In a pan, add the berries, sugar,
Add lemon juice and cook for about 10 min on high heat, stirring occasionally. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, the berry mixture obtained,
the cream and mix together. Squeeze well the previously hydrated gelatin, add some cream and melt it on the stove or microwave
then add it to the mixture, mixing well. Pour the obtained mixture into the pan over the cookie base, level it, and refrigerate for a few hours. Then remove the pan and decorate as desired!
