Ingredients for the Berry Tiramisù:
- 7 oz berries
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 oz mascarpone
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- Half lemon juice
Steps
The preparation of berry tiramisù is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, we deal with the berries, we can use either fresh or frozen fruit. Put the fruit in a pan, add the sugar, lemon juice, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside some syrup for soaking.
Turn off the heat and let it cool. In a bowl, put the mascarpone, cream, cooled berries, and lightly whip with an electric mixer.
Put the milk in the reserved syrup and mix. Soak about half of the ladyfingers and line them up in a baking dish. Add a layer of cream (approximately half). Place another layer of soaked ladyfingers on top.
then cover them with the remaining cream. Refrigerate for a few hours, then decorate as desired. I used a berry mixture, fresh fruit, and mint for decoration.
Enjoy your meal!
