Breaded and Fried Chops
The fried chops are a must-have on the Easter menu. A second course truly loved by everyone! Fried food is always very tasty and with a nice breading, it becomes something extraordinary. So to get delicious chops, I chose to pass them first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs mixed with spices. The final result was very satisfying!

Preparing breaded and fried chops is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, cut the chop. In a bowl, put the eggs, a pinch of salt, garlic, and beat them. Add a bit of paprika and spices to taste.
Mix the breadcrumbs with a little parsley. Dip the chops first in the flour, then in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs.
Continue with all of them. Fry them in hot oil for a few minutes on each side.
