Brie and Hot Dog Flower 😋🔝 A flower or rather a small volcano of brie with hot dogs rolled around, ready in a few minutes, a simple yet exquisite recipe, immense satisfaction for your palate with every bite! Dip the hot dogs in the melted brie and enjoy! If you have guests over for dinner, prepare this fondue as an appetizer or starter, and see how satisfied they will be. Ingredients for the Brie and Hot Dog Flower:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 brie (Small)
  • milk (For brushing)
  • 2 packages hot dogs (Small)
  • poppy seeds

Steps

The preparation of the brie and hot dog flower is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • First, open the puff pastry sheet and place the brie on one part, then cover it with the other part (about half). Cut the pastry in half (if there are more people, you can use two sheets of puff pastry, one underneath and one on top). Then, using a knife, make cuts around every 1 inch.

  • Cut the hot dogs into pieces and wrap each one in puff pastry, all around the brie, until the pastry is used up. (watch the video above). Brush the entire surface with a little milk and sprinkle some poppy seeds on top.

  • Bake for 20/30 minutes at 356°F.
