Ingredients for the Caesar Salad:

  • chicken breast
  • salt
  • lettuce
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • lemon
  • olives
  • plain yogurt

  • First, we need to grill the meat! Meanwhile, we wash the lettuce and chop it. We also chop the grilled chicken breast and add it to the salad.

  • In a blender, we put the parsley, oil, squeezed lemon juice, salt, garlic, and blend. We add the yogurt

  • mix well. Pour the obtained sauce over the salad. Add a few black olives.

  • Enjoy your meal!
