Everyone personalizes it based on their preferences. I have to say that this version is my absolute favorite! A very simple and quick recipe to prepare and great to enjoy, especially in summer. Ingredients for the Caesar Salad:
- chicken breast
- salt
- lettuce
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- parsley
- lemon
- olives
- plain yogurt

First, we need to grill the meat! Meanwhile, we wash the lettuce and chop it. We also chop the grilled chicken breast and add it to the salad.
In a blender, we put the parsley, oil, squeezed lemon juice, salt, garlic, and blend. We add the yogurt
mix well. Pour the obtained sauce over the salad. Add a few black olives.
