Canned Fruit in Syrup
This is a recipe that my grandmother and then my mother always prepared. To preserve the fruit for winter, they would prepare these jars with all the types of fruit we had in the garden, and in winter, it was always a joy to open a jar with some summer fruit. This way, the fruit is preserved and retains all its properties and taste. You can make jars with any type of fruit, separate them, or mix them in a single jar. I always do both because that way, depending on my cravings, I open the jar 😂.

Steps
The preparation of canned fruit in syrup is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to thoroughly wash the fruit, clean it by removing any bruised parts and pits, then place it in the jars individually
or mix several types of fruit. Meanwhile, boil the water with the sugar to dissolve it and then cover the fruit in the jars.
Place weights on top to keep the fruit covered with water. Close them, then put them in the oven at 250°F for about 20 minutes, then turn it off and let them cool completely without opening the door.
Enjoy your meal!
