  • 10 egg-free cannelloni
  • 1 cup cups ricotta
  • 1 cup cups spinach
  • 3.5 oz oz mozzarella
  • 3.5 oz oz tomato puree
  • 1.75 oz oz cheese (Grated)

  • garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil

  • In a bowl, combine the ricotta, cooked, cooled, and chopped spinach, a little salt, nutmeg, garlic powder, and mix. Finally, add the grated cheese.
