Ingredients for cauliflower with tomato:
- 1 cauliflower
- capers
- 1 1/2 cups tomato purée
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- chili pepper
- olives
Steps
The preparation of cauliflower with tomato is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, clean, wash, and blanch the cauliflower. Meanwhile, in a pan, add some oil, onion, garlic, and sauté.
Add the tomato purée, olives, capers, chili pepper (optional).
Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the blanched and drained cauliflower and cook for another 15 minutes.
