Chard and Potato Patties in Air Fryer
Delicious vegan patties made with only chard, potatoes, breadcrumbs, garlic, oil, and capers! Furthermore, to make a light and diet-friendly version, I didn’t fry them but cooked them in the air fryer but if you want, you can also bake them in the oven! A very simple and quick recipe to make that can be included in our menus as an appetizer or starter!

- 7 oz potatoes
- 7 oz chard (Boiled)
- breadcrumbs
- garlic powder
- extra virgin olive oil

Steps
The preparation of chard and potato patties in air fryer is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, blend the boiled and well-drained chard, add the potatoes also boiled and drained, a bit of garlic, salt, capers, breadcrumbs, and blend.
Add a little more breadcrumbs if needed; we need to get a soft mixture that can be handled. Form the patties by taking a bit of the mixture at a time and shaping them with your hands. Pass them again in the breadcrumbs, then place them in the basket of the air fryer.
Drizzle a little oil over the top and cook at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
