Dough preparation:
Place the flour, yeast, a pinch of salt, and milk into a bowl and knead for about 10 minutes. Finally, add the oil. Cover it and let rise until doubled in volume.
Filling preparation:
In a bowl, place the cheese, eggs, a pinch of salt, and parsley.
After about an hour, take the dough and cut it into small pieces. Roll out one piece at a time, add a bit of filling in each, then close them to make the pastries. Once ready, fry them in hot oil.
