Delicious cheese tartlets with cooked ham, olives, and plenty of spices! These tartlets are very easy to make and perfect to bring to our tables as a very particular appetizer, different from the usual ones. If you have a special dinner/lunch and don’t know how to impress your guests, I recommend trying this recipe.

Ingredients for the Cheese Tartlets:

  • 10.5 oz fresh cheese (Ricotta)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1.75 oz olives
  • 1.75 oz cooked ham
  • salt
  • 12 gelatin
  • turmeric powder
  • dill
  • parsley
  • paprika

  • In a saucepan, place the cheese, milk, and heat. Add spices to taste (garlic, salt, turmeric, paprika, etc.). Add the gelatin previously soaked in cold water and well squeezed.

  • Allow to melt and turn off the heat. Coarsely chop the olives, cooked ham, and add them. Also, add the chopped parsley and dill.

  • Mix and place the obtained mixture into molds. Let it cool in the fridge for a few hours.

  • Enjoy your meal!
