Ingredients for Cherry and Jam Poured Cake without Eggs:
22×22 cm pan
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 7 oz cherries
- 7 oz jam (To taste)
- lemon flavoring
- vanilla
- 1 container plain yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder

In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, potato starch, baking powder, and mix. Add the milk, yogurt, lemon flavoring, and vanilla.
Add the melted butter and mix well. Pour about half of the mixture into the pan, level it, and bake for about 10 minutes at 356°F. Remove from the oven and immediately spread the jam on top evenly.
Cover with the remaining half of the mixture. Wash the cherries, remove the pits, and halve them. Place the halves on top of the mixture. Bake for another 30 minutes.
