Cherry Tiramisu
A seasonal tiramisu made without using eggs in the cream, so anyone can eat it safely (pregnant women, children, etc). A no-bake dessert that is very simple and quick to prepare and great to enjoy at any time of the day! If you want an even fresher version, you can freeze it for a few hours and serve it as a semifreddo! I preferred to make single servings because it’s much more convenient to serve, but you can use any large mold if you want! If you like cherries, you must also try the Cherry squares, the Cherry and jam cake without eggs, the Vegan cherry and almond bundt cake, the Cherry cheesecake, and the Cherry log.

Ingredients for Cherry Tiramisu:
- 9 oz mascarpone
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 9 oz cherries
- 3/4 cup sugar (1/4+1/2)
- 3.5 oz ladyfingers
Steps
The preparation of the cherry tiramisu is very simple and quick and does not require cooking, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to wash and then pit the cherries. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and mix. Let it sit for a bit to release the syrup. In a bowl, put mascarpone, cream, and the remaining sugar (1/2 cup)
Whip. Drain the cherries and dilute the obtained syrup with a little water. Soak the halved ladyfingers and put two pieces in each glass.
Add a layer of cream and a few cherries in each glass. Put another two pieces of soaked ladyfingers in each, then another layer of cream.
Top with cherries and a bit of syrup. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Enjoy!
