Chestnut Cream
A sweet spreadable cream to enjoy just like that on bread or to use in desserts! If you like chestnuts you will adore this delicious cream. An easy recipe to prepare, but be careful, cleaning the chestnuts will take a bit of time but it will be worth it!

Ingredients for the chestnut cream:
- 9 oz chestnuts (Cleaned)
- 2 cups water
- 4 oz sugar
- vanilla
- 0.7 oz dark chocolate

The preparation of chestnut cream is simple, it will just take a bit of time to clean the chestnuts, watch the video HERE.
In a pot, we put the chestnuts covered with water and boil them for about 30 min. Drain the water and clean them immediately (do not let them cool down). Once cleaned, we need to obtain 250 g of chestnuts. In a small pot, we put the water, sugar, and cleaned chestnuts.
Add a bit of vanilla, stir occasionally and cook for about 30 min. At the end of the cooking, add the chocolate.
Let it melt. Once melted, blend everything with an immersion blender.
