Chestnut Fritters
An autumn dessert made with chestnuts and chestnut flour that we can enjoy at any time! The fritters are very simple to prepare!
*ATTENTION in the video at minute 0:25 I wrote “we add the egg, the oil, the milk” but I made a mistake because there is no oil.

Ingredients for Chestnut Fritters:
- 1/2 cup chestnut flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- to taste powdered sugar
- vegetable oil
- orange zest
- 1/3 cup chestnuts
- 1 tsp baking powder
Steps
The preparation of chestnut fritters is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the flours, baking powder, a little orange zest, and mix. Add the egg and milk.
Stir together. Add the cleaned chestnuts and mix. Heat the oil well and add a small amount of batter at a time using two spoons, and let it cook for a few minutes.
Turn them, then drain and place them on absorbent paper. Continue this way until all the batter is used up. Dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
