  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup rice (Cooked)
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1.8 oz cooked ham
  • garlic

Steps

  • Pound the chicken thighs and line them up on parchment paper. Add the cooked rice, egg, Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and mix. Spread the mixture over the meat.

  • Add a bit of salt, some oil, garlic, the cooked ham, and roll up. Close tightly and bake at 350°F for about 50 min.

Storage:

In the refrigerator: it can be stored for up to 2-3 days in an airtight container, already cooked and cooled. In the freezer: it can be frozen for up to 2 months. To consume, thaw in the refrigerator for several hours and reheat in the oven or microwave before serving. Tip: slice only when ready to serve to maintain the roll’s shape and softness.
