- 6 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup rice (Cooked)
- 1 egg
- salt
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1.8 oz cooked ham
- garlic

Pound the chicken thighs and line them up on parchment paper. Add the cooked rice, egg, Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and mix. Spread the mixture over the meat.
Add a bit of salt, some oil, garlic, the cooked ham, and roll up. Close tightly and bake at 350°F for about 50 min.
