- chicken breast
- extra virgin olive oil
- artichokes in oil
- flour
- edam
- white wine
- cooked ham

The preparation of chicken escalopes with artichokes is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, flour the chicken slices. In a pan, add some oil and heat it. Add the floured slices and brown for a few minutes, then turn them.
Add the white wine and cook until it evaporates. Once the wine has evaporated, turn the slices again and place a slice of edam, cooked ham on each.
Finally, add a few well-drained artichokes in oil. Cover, turn off the heat and wait a few minutes!
