Chicken Roll in a Bottle
A savory roll made with chicken and various spices, perfect to serve as an appetizer or starter on simple weekdays but also on special occasions or festive buffets! The chicken roll is very easy to prepare and serve, as it can be sliced easily like a cold cut! If you like savory rolls, also try: Savory roll with ricotta, tuna, and pesto, No-bake roll with salami and crescenza, Frittata roll with vegetables, etc.

Steps
For the preparation of the Chicken Roll in a Bottle, watch the video HERE.
First, boil the cleaned and washed chicken for about 30 minutes, then add the cleaned and washed vegetables and continue cooking for about an hour. When the meat starts to detach from the bones, turn off the heat. Set aside the meat and vegetables and strain about 1 1/2 cups of broth.
Put the previously soaked gelatin in the hot broth. Place the vegetables in a blender, add the deboned meat, and add the spices.
Add the broth with the dissolved gelatin and blend. Add some chopped olives and put the mixture into a cut bottle with a bag inside.
Gently shake to remove any air, close the bag, and let it cool well by placing a weight on top, then transfer it to the fridge until the next day.
Enjoy your meal!
