A savory roll perfect to bring to the table as a main course during the Easter period and beyond. I chose to make this roll with chicken breast and fill it with peppers, cooked ham, scamorza cheese and then wrapped it in bacon slices, a true delight.

  • 1 chicken breast
  • salt
  • 3.5 oz cooked ham
  • 3.5 oz cheese (Melty)
  • 3.5 oz bacon
  • bell peppers

Steps

The preparation of the Chicken Roll with Bacon and Peppers is very simple, watch the video HERE.

  • First, debone the chicken breast and cut it into slices. Pound them with a meat tenderizer then arrange them slightly overlapping on cling film.

  • Put some salt on top, the slices of cooked ham, grated cheese, bell peppers and roll it up.

  • Line up the bacon and place the roll in the center, close the ends well

  • then wrap it in the bacon. Cook at 350°F for 40/50 min.

  • Enjoy your meal!
