Ingredients for chicken with peas and carrots:
- 1.1 lbs chicken
- garlic
- 3/4 cup peas
- 3/4 cup carrots
- 1/4 cup white wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- bay leaf
- prosciutto

The preparation of chicken with peas and carrots is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
For this recipe, I chose chicken wings but thighs or breast are also good. Take one piece at a time and wrap it in slices of prosciutto. In a pan, put a little oil, chili pepper (optional), and garlic, then sauté.
Add the chicken, some bay leaves, and cook for a few minutes. Turn the chicken over and brown on both sides. Add the white wine.
Add the peas and carrots, add salt, and cook for about 20 min. Stir occasionally.
