Chicken with Cream
A recipe my mother always made for me, and to this day I continue to make it because I really like it! A main dish very simple with few and easy ingredients accessible to everyone! I know in Italy this combination is not widely used, but I recommend trying it because it is truly a delicacy! I chose to make it with the whole chicken, but you can also use just the thighs or the breast, in short, you can use the part you like best.

Ingredients for Chicken with Cream:
- 1 chicken
- 1 onion
- 500 ml cooking cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- extra virgin olive oil
- spices (To taste)

The preparation of the chicken with cream is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, boil the chicken cut into pieces for about 30 minutes, then brown it in oil. Season it with salt and turn it on both sides.
Meanwhile, sauté the onion with a bit of oil, then add the meat. In a container, mix the cream, spices to taste, and a glass of the chicken’s cooking water and blend.
Pour the mixture over the meat and cook for a few minutes. At the end of cooking, mix a tablespoon of flour with a bit of water and add it. As soon as it thickens, turn off the heat.
