Ingredients for the chickpea salad:
- 1 jar cooked, boiled chickpeas
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- oregano
- 1 onion
- 1 package tuna in brine
- 1 tomato
- asparagus (In oil)
- capers
- 1.8 oz Parmesan
- vinegar
Steps

Add the tuna, well-drained chickpeas, sliced onion, chopped tomato, and Parmesan shavings.
Add the asparagus in oil, capers, a bit of oil, vinegar, oregano to taste, and mix. Obviously, you can modify the ingredients and quantities according to your taste by adding or removing others.
