Chocolate Tiramisu
The tiramisu has no age and no season, I think it is the perfect dessert for any moment and circumstance. It’s perfect if we have little time available and don’t know what to prepare as a dessert or don’t feel like turning on the oven or the stove. I chose to make a chocolate tiramisu but without using eggs in the cream so that everyone can eat it, even pregnant women and children.

Ingredients for Chocolate Tiramisu:
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 oz dark chocolate
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- 7 oz coffee
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
Steps
Making the chocolate tiramisu is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
Pour half of the hot cream over the chocolate and stir to melt it well. Once well combined, add the mascarpone, sugar
mix with electric beaters. Add the remaining very cold cream and whip (if it doesn’t whip, it means the cream is too warm, so put it in the fridge for a few minutes, then try again). Combine the coffee with the milk and mix.
Soak the ladyfingers and place them in the glasses or a large dish. Add a layer of cream on top and some more soaked ladyfingers, then another layer of cream.
Grate some chocolate on top and refrigerate for a few hours.
Enjoy!
