Christmas Coconut Swirl
A very scenic Christmas dessert that we can include in our Christmas menu and beyond. We can also make a gift for our loved ones who will surely appreciate it a lot. A base made of cocoa and then filled with a coconut cream and covered with shredded coconut that resembles snow! A very delicious combination that we can enjoy whenever we feel like a sweet treat!

Ingredients for the Christmas Coconut Swirl:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp water (Hot)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
Steps

First, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Divide and add the sugar equally. Beat the egg whites. Add a pinch of salt to the yolks, the hot water
beat. Add the oil, the sifted flour, the sifted cocoa, and mix.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Place the mixture obtained on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread and level it with a spatula. Bake at 350°F for about 20 min.
Cream preparation:
Place the egg, cornstarch, sugar, and mix. Add the milk, stirring to prevent lumps from forming. Heat until thickened
keep stirring. Once thickened, remove it, add the cream, mix well, then add the shredded coconut and mix.
Transfer the cream to a container, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it cool.
Assembly:
Take the baked base and trim the edges, then cut 6 strips of the same size.
Spread about 3/4 of the prepared cream on top, covering the entire surface, and level it. Roll the first strip on itself and place it in the center of the plate.
Arrange the other strips around to form the swirl. Cover the outside with the remaining cream and then with the shredded coconut.
