Christmas Log with Porchetta and Pistachio
I love logs both sweet and savory and I think they are a great idea if we want to bring something spectacular and delicious to the table but at the same time simple and quick to prepare, this log is like that! A quick recipe that does not require cooking and is prepared in a few minutes, making it perfect for your Christmas, Christmas Eve or New Year’s menu. For the filling, I chose porchetta, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and pistachio pesto, a real delicacy!

Ingredients for the Christmas Log with Porchetta and Pistachio:
- 5 slices bread loaf
- 3.5 oz porchetta
- 7 oz cream cheese
- chopped pistachios
- sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 3.5 oz pistachio pesto
Steps
The preparation of the Christmas Log with Porchetta and Pistachio is very simple and quick and does not require cooking, watch the video HERE.
First, line up the slices of bread loaf on plastic wrap and roll them slightly using a rolling pin. In a bowl, put the pistachio pesto, cream cheese, and mix.
Spread about 3/4 of the obtained mixture on top, then add the porchetta and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Add some chopped pistachios. Roll tightly along the wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
Then cut off the end and cut two pieces to form the log.
Cover with the remaining cream and decorate as desired.
