Dough Preparation
Coarsely chop the almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts.
Cut the dried figs into small pieces. Add the spices and cocoa.
Add the flour and mix. Melt the chocolate together with the honey.
Pour the rum, chocolate, and honey and mix well until you get a thick and slightly sticky dough.
At this point, lightly grease your hands with a bit of oil and form balls, slightly flattening them. Place them on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for about 25 minutes.

The flavors intensify after 2–3 days due to the spices and rum.
