Christmas Tuna and Salmon Tiramisu
Well, who said that tiramisu has to be a dessert?! I made a savory version that’s great as an appetizer for our Christmas menu, New Year’s, and any special occasion we want. I made a cream with eggs, cheese, and tuna then used crackers instead of ladyfingers and enriched it with salmon pieces, it turned out a marvel 🤩. If you’re tired of classic recipes and want to try something different and modern, I recommend this tiramisu, it will win over every palate! I must say I liked it a lot from every point of view, try it and let me know what you think!
